\   The prophets reassured us of this coming day, the invigoration and rising rebrace of the old sway! The weakened relics of the past, they said, shall crawl under their embellished tombstones, whilst those sowed with an enduring spirit, are about to, once again, seep with oil, the unscathed core of the still burning fire. The now vibrant light shines so bright and sturdy, I see it burning through its ensnaringly deposited rocks, guiding the arriving wanderers out of the barrens, piercing their ever-searching eyes, yet granting them sight beyond their credence. And we the sworn devoted dancers, rise from our optically built reflecting nests, to inundate the ground with our swiveling feet and bodies, submerge ourselves in the wondrous twittering bleeps, to set the assembled concord beast in motion, for it is time to celebrate, a decades evolved perpetual party.   \

This page is about psychedelic / goa trance, and the ideas and culture that surrounds it. Please click on the picture to start navigating through it. Psychosphere exists as a digital information and entertainment formation since 1998. The logo below is a 2004 reconstruction of the original.

The picture represents the soul (psyche) of a trancer as a sphere, and the spreading wings represent the tendency of such a soul to fly and travel, as soon as it comes in tune with an inspiring psychedelic form of art.

To some people it may remind the top of Ermis' (Mercury's) wand. That is not far off since he was the god responsible for transferring human souls to different places. He had the ability to fly and ride the winds, also protector of arts and trade, and the symbol of good luck. Indeed a true free spirit like most of us.

The idea to use a design like that to signify the flying soul, came up from loosing myself in an old drawing back in 1996, on the cover of  BRO27CD. This was such a classic, that those who know what it is, they don't even have to look it up!
